Drawing from a combination of ancient and cutting edge soft tissue therapy techniques I provide tailormade treatments that continue to help my client’s achieve maximal health and wellbeing. Training in Clinical Soft Tissue Therapy, Advanced Sports and Remedial Massage, Structural Integration, Fascial Meridians and Tui Na (Chinese Medical Massage) allows me to provide a deep holistic approach to addressing the musculoskeletal system, body mechanics, the fascia and energy lines. My treatments aim to assist the re-calibration of balance in the body stimulating functional recovery and development so that you can be ready to take on your next challenge.

To offer world class manual body therapy to my clients, assisting optimal recovery, performance and overall wellbeing.
To dispel the myth that it is ‘normal’ to live in pain by helping clients live pain-free. Whilst pain is inescapable for some people, it is my mission to offer effective results driven holistic treatment improving the quality of life for my clients.
Where possible, provide immediate results from treatment. Through therapeutic relationships and application of manual therapy skills I aim to empower clients to further understand their own relationship with their body, unlocking the potential for long lasting fitness and health.

After completing the Tui Na Foundation Diploma and Master Practitioner level of Tui Na I am continuing to study Traditional Chinese Medicine studying Acupuncture at BODYHARMONICS ®.
